Fresh New build giving me a headache

Ryzen 3600
B450M-A Motherboard (Latest upto date version)
RX 5500 XT Power Color GPU
16GB Team Group RAM
240GB WD Green M.2 SSD
1TB WD Blue HDD

I keep getting BSOD errors before, as soon as windows finishes installing and randomly. So far it hasnt installed and taken me to complete installation

After selecting boot usb drive, a blue blank screen shows, pressing enter shows windows logo then goes back. Press again it does the same back and forth until it locks to the windows logo.
Dotted rounds go then the windows country keyboard window shows. Go through as normal, complete installation, then windows need to restart,

After restart, a BSOD
So far I have gotten,

pte misuse
ntoskrnl
0xc000021a
0x800070714
evbda missing
and plenty others I forgot to write down

Have also gotten " digital signature not valid/verified" a recent change in hardware or software may have caused, use a recovery disc

I have used 3 different windows media creation tool, fresh latest ones and same issue
Swapped GPU's, swapped memory sticks, swapped different SSD's and still the same problem

I cant use safe mode, command prompt, disable driver signature, basically any of the recovery options, or troubleshooting options that usually pop up.

I have built and repaired hundreds of PC's but never come across anything like this

are you sure its finishing? Is it getting you to set up accounts and get updates?
I am just wondering as there is a bug where windows doesn't continue the install after the first restart

On this tutorial, in section 2 (Installing windows), it does a restart after step 8 - https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/windows-10-clean-install-tutorial.3170366/
is that when it stops for you?

its not hardware, its windows.

as that means windows isn't really finished, its half installed. I seen this before, seems to happen a lot on Asus boards
Did you change boot order so that USB is 1st? you...
evbda missing
this is a new one to me, I had to look it up, seems to point at the storage drives,
ntoskrnl isn't an error, its the windows kernel.

0x800070714
seems to be "windows cannot install required files"

its a pretty rare error. Only see 2 examples, yours and one from 9 years ago

take all drives except the one you want windows on, out of the PC
reduce number of ram sticks
remove all unnecessary items like any extra USB drives, or printers or scanners.

what PSU make/model?

Hello

PSU is Cooler Master MWE550 Bronze
No extra peripherals or anything plugged in. This is a new build so cant add anything in really at this stage
Removed both sticks and replaced with another, also used different slots and still the same

Only keyboard and mouse plugged in. Even removing them and starting does the same.

I used a windows install drive from a Retail box, a slightly older windows 10 and a fresh yesterday tool and they all giving errors.

What else do you suggest

Did you change boot order so that USB is 1st? you shouldn't need to, your bios has boot override

You need to start again
put usb in PC before startup
Go into bios at startup
make sure the ssd you want windows on is top of list in boot order (if bios has a choice called Windows Boot Manager, use it)
Go into advanced view/Boot
on the boot menu screen, you may need to scroll down, Boot override is the last choice on page, its under secure boot
choose boot override
Pick USB from the list.

what this choice does is it will boot PC from the Install USB one time, and the next boot it will swap back to normal and should allow the install to actually finish.

Asus are annoying, they don't include all the instructions for BIOS in the B450 motherboard manual so I have to improvise. What they do is put it in the Higher lvl mb manuals and I know BIOS are pretty much the same on Ryzen boards, just what features you have. Boot should be the same though.

Boot Override
These items displays the available devices. The number of device items that appears on the screen depends on the number of devices installed in the system. Click an item to start booting from the selected device.

Solution
It goes to step 8 in that tutorial and it restarts. After restarting it doesnt go to step 9. All the BSOD's start.

Even tho its fresh new windows it still says its filled with broken files and errors.

I have formatted and cleaned the drive with disk part as well

do the steps in my last post about starting again.
make sure ssd is 1st in boot order (or as I said, some bios have a choice called WIndows boot manager, choose it)
use boot override to boot installer, using that should get install past step 8.
