Recently rebuilt my PC and it was set with quite a few problems. This is yet another I wanted to ask about.

Want to first off say the SSD in question is a Samsung EVO 500GB. When I plugged my drives back in and started my PC, my HDD and my other smaller SSD were recognized, but my 500GB was not shown. I went into the cmd and did list disk, and it showed the 500GB with 0GB total. When I went into disk management to intialize it, it gives me an error saying "Incorrect Function"

Did the drive corrupt on me or is the data recoverable? If the data can't be recovered, I'm willing to clean the disk if necessary and partition it again.

Sounds like a bad partition i would suggest loading windows and re partitioning. If this is intended to be your OS disk then plug it into another computer partition it and install windows on it then its just plug and play
Luckily this is not the drive for windows. I'll attempt to repartition the ssd and post results here.
