I use chrome and when i try logging into my yahoo mail I just get this error message -
Yahoo works best with the latest versions of the browsers. You're using an outdated or unsupported browser and some Yahoo features may not work properly. Please update your browser version now. More Info
My browser is updated, I've even tried with multiple browsers (Edge and IE) with no luck.
The pages load all wonky too, with text scattered across the page and images not loading.
I tried some of the suggestions I found on google like resetting the whole browser and enabling javascript in the privacy settings (was already on). I also tried whitelisting yahoo on adblock and even disabling adblock entirely along with all other extensions.
I've been using yahoo for a long time and haven't faced a similar issue, also as the title says I found that the issue disappears completely when I use a vpn to change my IP to another one from the same country I reside in. I have no idea what the issue could be and google doesn't seem to help at all. If anyone has any suggestions I'd like to try them.
Sorry if I posted on a wrong section of the forum, I couldn't find a suitable category.
