[SOLVED] Cannot login to Comtrend VR-3060 online gateway

Hello everyone. I recently received a Comtrend VR-3060 router from my ISP because my old one stopped working. However, when I try to login to the online gateway so I can forward some ports for my 2 game servers that I have running, I simply can't. I have tried the default username and password for the router, and I have also tried other common login details for Comtrend routers, but none of them work. I have also reset the router, but that didn't fix anything. Any suggestions on how to fix my problem would be great!

Call your ISP. It is there hardware, they need to fix it.

Okay, I called my ISP, and the problem was just that they changed the password. I am now able to log in to my router's online gateway. Thanks for the suggestion!
