Cannot ping WiFi devices via LAN and vise versa

I have desktop connected via LAN, when i tried to ping another device(a laptop connected to same router) connected via WiFi it replies "Reply from 192.168.10.9: destination host unreachable". I've turned off the firewall, AV.


Same issue when I try to ping Laptop to desktop.

Could you have the guest network enabled on the router? If so it would be isolated from the LAN.
