Cannot power on

I have an ASUS P8H61 mother board. Core i3 processor. Connected a 600w PSU. It will try to power but go off. Try again and goes off. Changed the board and upgrade to PSU 750W and it still persist. What should I do??

Do case fans spin if disconnecting the CPU 4 pin cable and starting the board?

It spins and stop spin again stop. And can't spin continuously

It might be a CPU issue. Have you checked the CPU socket if any bent pin?

The fan has started spinning continuously after changing the processor but cannot display on the monitor.

Intel core i3. Yes iam using a graphics card

Some i3 CPUs require a BIOS update. See if yours is supported.
