I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and found out that I am not able to print out all. When I was using Windows 8.1, I was able to print with ease. But now, it is unable to print.
You probably need to download the new appropriate Windows 10 drivers for your printer.
Best place to start is to go to your printer's support site and see if they have come out with drivers to support Win. 10.
I installed updated drivers on October 3rd, but they still do not allow me to print. What happens is, I attempt to print a document to the printer, and the print icon pops up but nothing is printing.
How are you connecting the printer to your PC? Wireless or through USB? Make sure your USB devices are being seen by the OS correctly. If the USB devices are seen ok by the OS, then you might want to uninstall the printer from the Control Panel and re-install it.

Currently, I am connecting through wifi. A different computer in my home connects fine with it on Windows 10 and that has an Intel CPU while I am using an AMD CPU. So, right now, I am using wireless to connect.
