Hi, first time builder and user of this site. I have installed all my components on my MSI B350M mobo, and I have been able to boot it once. I had to go before I could finish the boot. When I got back, I turned my computer on, and everything worked. Fans were spinning, lights on, but it won't boot, and before you ask, I have reinstalled everything and tried with only one RAM stick. Any help?

When positing a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

By the way of your last sentence's delivery I'm assuming you've breadboarded the system? Did you check to see if the CPU socket had any bent/broken pins? Which slot are you rams populating?

My pins are not broken or bent (I've checked) and my RAM are occupying the only two slots
