Hi,
I've set up powerline (TL-PA411KIT) in my home network; I've connected the first powerline adapter to the wireless modem/router that connects to the Internet (TD-W8951ND, IP: 192.168.1.1), through the ethernet port. The second adapter is connected to a wireless access point (TEW-430APB).
I'm able to access the Internet by connecting any device to the wireless access point (TEW-430APB), however I cannot reach the access point configuration page by typing its default IP address (192.168.1.100, as specified in the user manual) in the web browser. I checked for conflicting IP addresses, but it all seems ok, no device is using 192.168.1.100 in the network.
The modem/router uses DHCP (range 192.168.1.100-200). The wireless access point is not listed as client in the modem/router configuration page; I tried to ping the subnet using nmap, it doesn't exist in 192.168.1/24. I hope someone will help me, thanks a lot.

Solution
The instructions for the AP appear to assume you have no DHCP server, but you do, your router.

Go back to the computer network properties and set IP address to 192.168.1.50 - temporarily.
Connect the AP to the computer directly with patch cord.
Go to 192.168.1.100 and see if the AP config page shows up
Configure the AP to your liking, however, in the "IP Setting" page, DHCP must be OFF because your router is taking care of DHCP. If you lock the AP with a static IP address, you must enter the router address (192.168.1.1)? as the gateway in that entry field. (if set to obtain IP address automatically, no worries).
Connect AP to the powerline adapter.

Now try the 192.168.1.100 wirelessly, it may connect to AP, if it does, good, if not who cares... you have AP set up.
Right-click on the network icon in the system tray (if your version of windows shows it) and click "Status" then click the "Support" tab. The "default gateway" address should be your router.
Try internet.. it should work, as well as in-house network to other computers.

P.S. set the router IP range to 2-101 for better coverage
