Question Cannot read boot configuration data.

I'm getting the 0x000000f error when I try to start my computer. It used to be a HP h8-1330a which I have swapped graphics cards, boot drives and added RAM, as well as changing cases. Unfortunately I have not made any recovery media and it did not come with anything of the sort when I got it 7 years ago.

This error only appeared after a brief power outage last night. Any help with this issue is much appreciated. Thanks.
