Cannot recover emails on Outlook

Whenever I try to recover deleted emails on Outlook on Chrome all it does it use up my cpu and the page freezes, I can recover them fine on Internet Explorer but obviously I don't want to have to keep going on that to recover them, is there a fix for this? thanks.

Dump Chrome & try Mozilla Firefox instead, that's the easiest way out of that problem if you don't want to use IE.

Firefox is the best alternative browser in my opinion, not Chrome.

Sorry but dumping Chrome is not an option. I've used Firefox in the past but after switching to Chrome I'll never go back. One or two minor flaws isn't enough to sway me.

are you using web Outlook or desktop outlook ??
If using Outlook web then read the article for the correct recovery solutions for Outlook emails

If Desktop Outlook then try and use Scanpst.exe provided by Microsoft to recover Outlook files of emails. You will possibly recover your outlook emails
