Cannot redeem game

Hi guys I just bought the new sapphire rx 580 special edition and my seller has also sent me the code to redeem 2 of 3 games but I’m getting this error when I enter the code

Why is it asking me this

That's not an error. Those are the instructions for verifying that you are in fact eligible for the free game/s.

I did what it’s saying....(upload invoice and screenshot of the email in which the code is visible ) .....2 days back !! Still nothing ((

You're at their mercy. 2 days isn't a big deal. Contact them again after a month. There's nothing anyone here can do.

What it takes a month to redeem....what do they do....should I wait...??? Or am I doing anything wrong ??? (Maybe something wrong with my PC cause I have pirated windows 7...)
