Question Cannot remove intrusion cable on optiplex 790 case

I’m trying to remove the intrusion cable on my optiplexs case. But when I push the lever and pull, it won’t come out. how am I supposed to remove it?

slide it towards the pci brackets and push down dont pull up

Thanks that helped a lot actually… seems to be stuck in the board but I was able just to pull out the switch in the mean time so I can drill out the hard drive caddy.

its not stuck in the board you have to remove the cpu heatsink cover first
