I have mirrored my Raid 10 array to a single HDD. I then replaced the 4 Raid drives with the new single mirrored drive and attempted to boot without success. Is it possible to do what I am attempting?

So, I upgraded my copy of O&O disk image to the latest version and cloned my Raid10 C:\ drive to a 300GB HDD. What was different with O&O was before cloning, it specifically asked if it should make the clone bootable.

Disk image in Windows and Image for Windows did not. I unsuccessfully tried those two methods before making this post.

The clone from O&O worked correctly. I removed my 4 Raid10 drives and installed the new cloned drive, changed the BIOS from RAID to IDE, and it booted up to the cloned drive as expected.
