Hello everyone!

I am having issues trying to reset my PC to factory settings. I have done it before (long ago) but this time, I am unable to do so.

I looked at my disk management and I have partitions setup for recovery, however, my PC thinks otherwise.

Could anyone help me out with this problem?

Thank you in advance

Have a look at the MSI web site for the laptop after installing windows 10, as it should have drivers/utilites on the support page. windows is pretty good at identifying hardware so it may grab the AMD ones for you, though they may not be the newest available so helps to check MSI web site.

are all images the same?

as for actual problem, If you willing to factory restore, I would do a clean install and not go back to whatever version of Windows was on device when you started

Download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second (or if motherboard allows it, set USB as a 1 off boot device and set hdd as 1st in boot order)
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html
when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

Thank you for your fast response.

If I do that, how can I get back the programs that came when I bought the computer?

For example, I have AMD Programs, MSI Programs, etc.
