Cannot restart computer in safe mode to fix BSOD

I have the BSOD on my Asus laptop. I have tried to set the laptop to Safe mode but It won't give me the option. I have tried to update Windows, etc but the BSOD reappears too quickly.

It is but there is no repair centers where I am - Southern Africa. I ended up resetting everything. And now resetting up everything. What a hassle.

I ended up resetting the computer to the factory settings then reloading everything. So far so good. After I reset it I heard back from Microsoft and they said to do the same thing. I hope it doesn't happen again. A pain in the neck for sure.
