Cannot secure delete SSD

Hi my corsair Neutron XT is in smart status failed i want to RMA it AGAIN! But before RMA i want to securely erase everything for privacy reason. But it wont let me erase or wipe, i cant even do backup, install a program or delete a file. Whenever i try to delete file it keeps coming back, I even try to shred still not working. I try to wipe the SSD using Easus Partition, Corsair Toolbox, diskmanagement but it no use the files keep reappearing. Planning to get an exchange something like the Samsung 850 evo, really dissapointing in Corsair SSD

Hi i tried PartitionGuru still deosnt work, i even tried sdelete, it deleted my files but when i restart my pc its keeps coming back. I have no system restore point either...

It sounds like due to the malfunction of the drive it is currently incapable of making changes to the flash memory. If you have run the Corsair SSD Toolbox secure wipe and everything was still there then I don't think a good way to ensure the data's removal that would still allow a RMA.
