Cannot see my app on google play

I waited more than a day to see my app on google play still no luck. What should I do. Also it saysmy phone is not compateble with the app but I know it is.

If google play says that the app it's not compitable with your phone you will not find it on google play store because google has not whitelisted your phone as a compatible one for that app.Nothing you can do.

I looked at it if it is compatible and it showed that it is compateble with my device but still it doesnt want to work
