Cannot select partition

Hi to all. I have an issue with installing WIN 8.1 Pro on my new SSD disk in laptop. yesterday, I brought SSD online via disk manager and I can see it is assigned under H:. HDD is under C:. When I am trying to install Windows 8.1 from USB - it is automatically installed on HDD and it is not showing me on which partition I want to install OS.

Do you have any idea, how I can solve this problem? Thank you for your help in adance

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it sounds like you are plugging the SSD into another PC and trying to install it from a live windows environment vs booting into the USB on the laptop?
