cannot share local HP LaserJet p2035

When I try to share an HP LaserJet P2035 printer on a Windows 7 Professional 64 bit machine I get an error: ""Printer settings could not be saved. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000006d9).

How do I fix this?

did you disable the firewall or firewall service?
