Question Cannot turn off Windows Security popups

I am trying to turn off the pop up messages "Windows Security - This content is blocked"


In the Windows Security / Notifications section everything is turned off and several reboots and browser repairs have been tried.

Any advice welcome!

what content is blocked?

"This content is blocked
For your protection, your administrator is
not allowing you to access content from
connect.facebook.net."

But this is just one example. I know there are many other popups.

1- yes this is on a work network but I am supporting the users with this issue.
2 - It even does this on our own internal company websites.

so you want the content block, but don't want the user to get the popup?

Correct, not messing with the firewall settings, just the message popups.

I tried the registry change listed but have the same results. I will try the group policy next.

This link appears to be a little out dated. I could not get the changes to affect the outlook.
