cannot uninstall antivirus

Hi avg anti virus upgraded from 2011 t0 2015 I think the files are corrupted it won’t run
I cannot uninstall or reinstall also the avg removal tool does nothing.
I used windows malicious tool & a Trojan remover it said no problem
