cannot uninstall Morrowind Windows 10?

I installed Morrowind via disk to windows 10, and now wish to uninstall. When I go into control panel to uninstall, I click uninstall/change for Morrowind and nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

there is a guide, but don´t install the uninstaller on this site, don´t know if it´s good or bad (virus, trojan, bad uninstall routine...)
