Cannot update Display driver in 13.1.

I have a HD 7870 that I JUST GOT, and I wanted to do a quick and easy little driver update for it so I can test it out... But alas, I have terrible problems in trying to install the Graphics Display Driver. EVERY time I try to install it, it fails. This is every aggravating and I just want to install it... 🙁

you have to turn off the antivirus and firewall first
