Hi all,
so I've had this issue since early this year however it was never really a problem. As of recently though my PC has a very unusual problem involving booting up windows, and then my monitor losing signal. It's an infinte loop that is extremely annoying and i'll occasionally get it to boot and function normally.
I've looked through forums and the most common answer i can gather is that its a video driver error and to fix it is to remove it and download it.
Thats fine and all however the problem is that i cannot reliably remove it normally because i cannot even log in. So my other option is to remove it via safe mode.
So now we come back to my main issue: My mouse and keyboard refuses to respond in windows recovery mode.I cannot access recovery options, safe mode, troubleshoot, etc. However it does work through my windows recovery usb but there's very limited options that help my current situation, also i cannot access safe mode thrpugh that method. It's not a port issue nor is it a driver issue because both work fine in bios. I am losing options and i really do not want to reinstall Windows unless it is the only option. If anyone has answer that can solve this please let me know. Anything is highly appreciative. Thank you for your time!
