Cannot use my internet

Hi, why theres no internet connection in my samsung gt- s7582 even thou im already connected to wifi. I tried other devices it has connections but to my samsung there wasnt. Pls help thanks

Could be the device or the mac is blocked or not allowed at the router.
Some Routers can block devices or Macs while others may be setup to only allow approved ones to get thru.
