Cannt access the powersaving menu

Hello,
I made some powersaving ajustments to Vista, I think I asked it to hibernate after 30 minutes and turn off at a later time.
Stared the computer today, but the monitor says it's in powersaving mode then it shuts down there does not seem to be any other actvity going on, the mouse and keyboard do not respond, nor the DEL key or any of the other function keys at boot up, so effecivley there is no image and there is nothing to see, everything was fine until Imade the powersaving ajustments

Try to go to safe mode (keep pressing F8 on start up ) and than to the system restore and restore to the date before it happened.
