Question Cannt BOOT any OS on my PC | PRIME X570-PRO

When I turn on my computer, it gets past the BIOS screen but then freezes at the Windows boot screen.
The computer worked before with the Windows that was installed on the DRIVE noramaliy.
I've tried everything:

Restarting the computer

Checking all connections thoroughly

Disconnecting and reconnecting the RAM

Resetting the BIOS

Updating the BIOS

CMOS reset

Replacing the hard drive

Replacing RAM to new sticks.

Attempting to boot from a Linux USB | FAIL

Trying to boot Windows from a USB | FAIL

Nothing works; it passes the BIOS screen and then freezes.
I use PRIME X570-PRO and AMD R5 PRO 3350G

What do you mean it worked before with the "normal windows"? What did you change?
