Canon EOS 200D - Grid

If you mean a grid overlay on the screen, you have to put your 200D in to "Live View" mode, then turn on the grid. You would then compose your shots using the screen (like a pocket camera) instead of the viewfinder ---- which is frankly a very unnatural and awkward way to take a picture, especially with a hefty DSLR.

It's not possible to have a grid overlay in the viewfinder though, not on that model, if that's what you meant. See this:

I'm sure your camera manual would have told you how to enable "Live View" and the screen grid anyway.
