Canon i560 black ink won\'t print

my canon i560 won't print any black...have new cartridges, soaked the black head in rubbing alcohol....what now...still not printing black

Try gently shaking the cartridge to get the ink down towards the head. Then run the printer maintenance to align and clean the heads.
