Hello,
Everything is printing except the black color

You may need to replace the black ink cartridge.

When the printer is powered ON, press and hold the <RESUME> button. When the power lamp blinks once, release the <RESUME> button. The power lamp will blink and cleaning will start.

When the power lamp stops blinking and lights, the cleaning operation has completed. (It will take about 30 to 60 seconds for cleaning operations to complete).


After print head cleaning is completed, confirm whether clogged nozzles have been resolved by performing nozzle check pattern printing

Dear Great Randini,

I am on a MAC but, have run Maintenance, cleaning the print cartridges. Is the "Resume" button on the printer? I cannot seem to find it (I ran the pattern but, still no black). I will try again!
