i am looking for drivers at Windows 7 64 bit for Canon IR 1270F

At canon drivers page there are only 32 bit versions of drivers

Your best bet is to e-mail canon and ask if and when they plan on writing 64 bit drivers for your hardware. If enough people complain then mabey just mabey.
Until then your stuck with using it on 32 bit software.
