canon mg 5300 seems blocked no black

my canon mg 5300 seems blocked no black is being printed on nozzle test even after replacing both blank cart. and many cleanings.

normally after cleaning my old epson cleaned right up :-(

It sounds like the printhead is blocked with dried ink to a degree that normal cleaning cannot shift.
Most Canon printer's have a user-removable printhead so remove it and leave it to soak in a bowl of warm soapy water for a couple of hours. Don't use really hot water as it may deform the plastic.

After a couple of hours, rinse the printhead thoroughly and leave to dry.
Then comes the moment of truth -- reassemble the printer and try it.
