Canon mp560 printer offline from my windows laptop

Hello,
I have recently moved and am trying to connect my Toshiba T115-S1100 laptop with my wireless Canon MP560 printer. I keep receiving "printer offline" messages. Is this a compatibility problem, or have I not set something up correctly?

I believe you haven't set something up correctly. Try re-downloading the printer software on to your computer and changing your wireless security. If you can specify what exactly is going on with your Canon MP560 with a step by step of what you did and what happened I might be able to trouble shoot further.
