Canon MP620

My canon MP 620 stopped printing black ink. I tried to clean the nozzle already & changed all the cartridges. It will ONLY print black in high quality, but will not print normal. Does anyone know what to do?

HQ printing probably mixes the colors to get black, not even using the black cartridge. Sounds like your black print head may be bad. You may be able to find a new one on ebay to replace it.

hang is right, some printer its still working without black cartridge and its use combined all color to get black color
if you use the black color and the result is the black color is from the color catridge its mean your black catridge was broken and need to replace it
