We've bought a Canon MX475 printer.
I did use it to scan my photos, added some texts, etc. and wanted to print it. The result is very faded, light colours, like "washed out" or as white layer above the printed images.
I tried to do another thing: I did a colour photocopy with a photo I found. And ta-dam, the printed image is very nice, vivid, nice colours.
I tried to check all the settings inside Win10. I did manuel colour settings, picked best quality, added tone, more black, etc, nothing helps.
Please help me - is there a way to make it look like a photocopy, or I will have to maybe transfer my files into a USB and try to print that way directly from the printer?
