Printer is working great until I changed from Profile to Landscape. It tells me that it is collecting data but just sets there and doesn't print. What should I do?
Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the printer driver?
- First is to open Programs and Features then uninstall the Canon Printer driver.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.

- Once the latest driver has been installed, reboot the PC then test it again after the reboot.
