Canon printer problem

It happened that a paper jammed and that cause misaligned printer head. I tried to correct it by pressing the maint button until get the "u" sign then press the colour print then it print the alignment pattern, then need to place the printed pattern to the top of printer as like you want to photocopy in the right posittion as indicated in the paper. The problem come when i press startt (at maint button sign "U" then it appear an error of E50. I tried to correct it by checking the position of the paper and removed and clean printer head. I also change new printer ink but still appear this error E50. Please help, thank you.
