Canon printer S330 trouble shooting

Hello,

My canon printer S330 won't print anything and the light flashes amber 7 times and then a longer green one. This pattern continues endlessly. I have lost the manual so can't find out what this means. Can anyone help please?

Hi Fihart,

I've tried to do that but although it says you can download the manual, when you go through to the drop down menu and press submit, nothing happens. Any advice?

Thanks - that link worked. Unfortunately I can't find an answer to the problem but I have now emailed canon support team.

Anyone got any ideas in the meantime?

I'm having the same problem. What did you ever do to resolve the issue?
