canon printhead

hello,

Does anybody know more about canon printheads?
I want to disable the security from the printhead.
It gives an error, the light flashes 7 times orange.
When I clean the printhead it runs 1 time good.
The printhead has a lot of copper contacts.
one or more must be the security.
I want to force it to print.

Well there is NO 'security' on the printhead and you have not stated what
model printer so not sure what to recommend as far as possible fix.

I had the same problem with a Canon I-850. I replaced the printhead and now
it is printing perfectly.

If the printer is less than 1 year old, the printhead is covered by the
warranty.
