Canot find advance chipset option in my bios

I have bought 2 gb ddr2 ram for my fujitsu motherboad D2950-a1 but after installing the new ram my system is frequently show me blue screen.. I checked with my system with cpu z n there it is showing my ram frequency as 400mhz and its is 800mhz kingston ram. Then i tried toh configure it through bios but there is no option as advance chipset to configure ram setting. Please anyone help out.
