Hello, I have a 144Hz monitor but I stuck on 60Hz only and can't able to enable 144Hz. I don't have any GPU and therefore, I am using Intel UHD Graphics-630.
Is it possible that I can enable 144Hz without GPU?

Specification of my pc:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370M
Processor: Intel Core i5 8400
Display: ASUS VG248
Cable: Dual link DVI

Solution
You can get up to 120 Hz at 1080p with an HDMI to DP adapter. Beyond that, not possible with your current hardware.

If I get a GPU then will this problem be solved?
