Cant acces any of my files!

It all happened 2 weeks ago. I don't know how. I was doing some work on a game. I needed to acces the file, %appdata%, So I typed it in the run bar and all of a sudden I get the message (FolderLocation)
Then ClassFactory cannot supply requested class.
I didn't mind it. I went to my start menu, hit control panel but guess what? (FolderLocation) and ClassFactory AGAAIN. I am really sad and I really need help, i've tried everything, NONE of my systems files will work. System restore, Compaq, Control Panel all Say Classfactory cannot supply requested class.
I really need help!

Hit F8 at boot and try the last known good boot option. Although since this happened a while ago, this may not help you. A Repair setup of Windows may also fix this.
