[SOLVED] can't acces my bios setup since i set the boot speed to ultra fast. the start screen wont allow acces to bios even though i press the del keyvery fast

What kind of motherboard do you have? You can clear the cmos to reset your board back to factory default settings.

if you have windows 10 you can access it via the recovery menu

doesn't look like that board has a manual button that you can just push to clear CMOS. you will need to open your case and find the CLR_CMOS by the front panel header on your motherboard and reset it.
