Hello,
As the title says, I can't acces my USB Memory Sticks. Adn what do I mean by that? I'm getting audio feebdback, that it's been connected and stuff, but I can't seem to acces it. I updated them from Control Panel and restarted my PC and still nothing. I'm on Windows 10 btw.

OK, then it sounds like your ports.

I had a motherboard a while back that did the same thing, a Gigabyte GA-x79-UP4. It would recognize self powered devices, but bus powered devices like flash drives would not work. It turned out to be the power delivery system on the motherboard, and the audio and PCIe x1 slots followed suit on that issue shortly afterward. I had to replace that motherboard about 3 months after that started happening. Gigabyte's support was absolutely horrible about getting an RMA, too. After about 3 weeks of trying to get an RMA, I quit and bought a new board. I'm not buying another Gigabyte after that, either.

Try right clicking on the window logo button and select "Disk Management" See if you can find your flash drive listed, and if it has a drive letter assigned to it. If not, right click on the drive and select "Change Drive Letters and Paths". From that window, you can add a drive letter and click OK. You can use this to change the drive letters of other drives, as well, if you need.
