i can't access amd radeon settings...When i search on computer, it doesn't show up and when i try to download and install new it says "Components already installed"..
Please help me with this issue!

Right click on your desktop, it should be in the menu that pops up.

Here's what I recommend doing:

1) Download DDU and extract the contents of the folder to your desktop. Don't run it yet. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
2) Download new AMD drivers but don't install them yet. http://support.amd.com/en-us/download
3) Restart into Safe Mode.
3a) In Windows 10, you can do this by holding Shift while you click Restart in the Start menu. You'll be greeted with a fullscreen menu. Troubleshoot, Advanced, Advanced Startup, Restart. Older versions of Windows 10 call it Advanced Restart instead of Advanced Startup.
3b) If you have Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1, just mash F8 at startup and select Safe Mode from the menu.
4) Once logged into Safe Mode, run DDU and remove all AMD display drivers.
5) Restart normally.
6) Install the drivers you downloaded earlier.
7) Restart.
8) Observe system behavior and reply with the current status of your issue.

Did everything as you said...Boot into safe mode...Run DDU...restart...And tried installing amd crimson relive..
And at last as always "Components already installed".
I can make sure the old drivers are removed cuz the resolution is changed first of all and also i checked dxdiag, it shows Microsoft basic display adapter.

Can you please stop with the exclamation points???!!! Lol but really, it's kind of annoying.

For that old of a card, those drivers aren't going to do what you want them to do. You want the old Catalyst drivers.

The ones you want are under the category called "Radeon™ R5 235X, R5 230, R5 220, HD 8470, HD 8350, HD 8000 (D/G variants), HD 7000 – HD 7600, HD 6000, and HD 5000 Series"

Here's a screenshot of where to find it

That's because I felt rushed and ended up giving you the wrong drivers... Your GPU is working, but isn't compatible with those drivers. I'm sorry.

You want the ones down and to the right, the ones that say HD 4000, 3000 and 2000 series.

Again, run DDU in safe mode before installing new drivers. I'm sorry for wasting your time.

Hmm..
I see there is no drivers supporting Windows 10 for my card. It said driver update is available via windows update. So i guess i will not be able to access radeon settings in windows 10.

The Windows 10 driver database is nearly identical to Windows 8. You could probably install the Windows 8 drivers and be fine.

If it craps all over your system, DDU can undo that.
