[SOLVED] Can't access Applications from old HDD

So I recently got a Samsung 860 EVO M.2 drive. I installed windows on it, everything went well and my PC boots up super fast now. The only problem is I can't figure out how to access apps from my 2TB HDD, which was my old boot drive. I can see the HDD in file explorer and see all my files, but the downloads, desktop etc. folders aren't in the Users folder. Is there any way to get the desktop from the HDD on the SSD for example? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can't.
Any applications need to be reinstalled. The new OS on the SSD knows nothing about them.
