About a week ago I purchased an Asus RT-AC68U router. I connected from the WAN to the Lan of the router my ISP gave me, creating a double NAT (I'm ok with having a double NAT on my network). I changed the gateway of Asus router to 192.168.2.1, and setup an OPENVPN profile on the Asus router, setup static IPs for devices on both routers, and a static IP for the Asus router from the ISP router. My pc is connected to Lan1 of Asus router, and I can connect to the ISP router through Wifi when I want to access that routers GUI.
Everything was working great for a week.
I think the problem I'm having is I'm an idiot and enabled HTTPS authentication on the Asus router. Now when I try and get the Asus router GUI, I get this (https://imgur.com/WQlFzDy) message.
I'm not 100% if this is what is causing my problems, but I'm pretty sure it is. Also, the Asus router stopped broadcasting wifi, and the button on the side to enable/disable wifi does nothing.
I've read suggestions saying clear browser cache, try different browser, try connection using https://router.asus.com:8443/ or http://router.asus.com/.
When I try http://router.asus.com:8443/ I get ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
At this point, I was just going to reset to factory settings and start over, only resetting does nothing. This is the most frustrating part of this whole thing, my reset button isn't resetting anything! I've tried the 30-30-30 reset, I've tried powering off, holding WPS, powering on, and all the other combinations of the two I've read about. My power button blinks, sometimes fast other times slow depending on what reset method I tried, but no matter what I get no change in results. The wifi never turns back on and I can never get the "settings have been updated" message to go away when trying to access GUI.
I need help figuring how to get back into my Asus router. Right now for troubleshooting I have Ethernet connected straight from my PC to lan1 of asus router, and wan disconnected. I am connecting to ISP router with Wifi and can easily disconnect or reconnect.
I hope this is making sense, I tried to include everything I could.

Settings have been updated. Web page will now refresh.
Changes have been made to the IP address or port number. You will now be disconnected from RT-AC68U.
To access the settings of RT-AC68U, reconnect to the wireless network and use the updated IP address and port number.
