Hi, I was trying to set up TPM and secure boot so that I have my pc ready for windows 11, so I enabled, PTT, disabled CSM and I changed Secure boot to Standard.

After saving the setting and waiting for reset to enable Secure Boot, I can no longer access the BIOS. It just shows a black screen, and then the computer boots into Windows 10.

I have also tried going into the bios from the advance start up on windows settings, but still get a black screen and then booting into Win10.

Before doing the changes, I checked and my my BIOS is currently on UEFI. and my main NVME drive is on GPT partition. Im nost sure if its a GPU issue and I have not updated my bios at all since I built this computer about a year and a half ago now .

Here are my specs

i7-9700F
Radeon RX580
16GB RAM
Z390 Aorus Pro WIFI

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You could try and disconnect from the wall and the display and then remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard. Replace the battery after 30 minutes and see if you can get back into BIOS.

Your specs look incomplete, you forgot to mention the storage drives, the make and model of your ram used the cooler for your processor and the make and model of your PSU(and it's age). Speaking of which, can you check and see what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing?
I have not updated my bios at all since I built this computer about a year and a half ago now .
Hence why I asked about the BIOS version.
