Question Can't access bios anymore

My pc is ASUS VIVOPC M32CD-B07 with Intel h110 chipset. I've been messing around trying to fix my dual booted windows 7 and now I can't access bios anymore. I press f2 when restarting my computer and the bios password screen pops up and I continue pressing f2 afterward but my pc just boots up my windows 10.

When the bios password screen pops up, can't u enter your bios password to enter it?

I meant to add that I enter my bios password and it still continues on booting up windows 10.

You might want to try resetting the CMOS by R&R the battery

I tried that and all that happened was a new starting screen I've never seen before popped up at the start with asus info.

My bad, there is more to resetting the CMOS than R&R the batterey on your board. Did you move the jumper? https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1000851/

I haven't moved the jumper yet I thought just removing the battery which was easy to access would be enough, as I have to remove my graphics card to move what I think is my pcs cmos jumper.

I still can't access bios even after removing my hdds, removing and replacing cmos and cmos battery.
